'kinship in nature' & wilderthorn ‘wild ones'
present ‘may eve’
2024 tbc
1-3pm (family session)
4-6pm (family session)
8-10pm (intimate fireside supper - over 18’s)
gather with us as we celebrate the peak of spring and very beginnings of summer, drawing on the celtic traditions of ‘beltane’.
join us on ‘may eve’, to explore the ancient, nature-based origins of the festival ‘beltane’ (meaning ‘bright fire’) among the trees with storytelling, live music, crafts, fire, ceremony and festivities. this point in the year marks the arrival of summer and the lighter phase of year.
there will be two distinct sessions, one for all the family in the light and life of day, weaving together story, song and nature connection. later on, as the night draws in and the fires burn brighter, will be a time for adults-only to delve deeper with a live immersive music and shared supper.

we believe that being connected to nature through honouring the seasons and natural cycles of nature. the journey of deepening this connection and working with nature is endless and has countless wellbeing benefits on an individual and collective level for humankind as well as for the greater web of nature - the plant, animal kingdoms and beyond - that we are interconnected with.
